At Apparelgenix, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed products. Due to the unique nature of our products, we only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- The product itself is defective.
- The print quality is poor.
- The final product differs significantly from the one displayed on our website.
To request a refund or replacement, you must submit a claim within 15 days of the delivery date.
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us via email and provide:
- Your order number.
- The email address used to place the order.
- A clear photo showing the defect or issue.
We will review your request and work towards a resolution, including a replacement if necessary.
Important Notes:
- Unauthorized returns or returns of washed, worn, or damaged items will not be accepted and will be forfeited.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Replacement & Return Policies
We stand behind the quality of our products and fully guarantee our workmanship.
If an error or defect occurs on our end, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Simply submit a customer support request with a photo of the affected item, and our team will process an immediate replacement.
However, we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for issues caused by user errors, such as:
- Incorrect size selection.
- Choosing the wrong design or color.
- Change of mind after purchase.
Cancellations, Refunds, & Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
However, if you believe there was an error in your order caused by Apparelgenix, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We handle claims on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Processing Time for Replacements & Refunds
- Claims are reviewed within 72 business hours.
- If your request qualifies, you will receive a new order confirmation to track the replacement process. Replacements typically take 5 – 10 business days for processing and shipment.
- Approved refunds are processed immediately, but depending on your payment method, it may take 5 – 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
